Probably the easiest way to edit the file is to use "kedit" from within KDE.
The file is found at /boot/grub/menu.lst.
Yuo can navigate to the file using your file manager (Konquerer) and right
click on it and choose "open With" then type in kedit.
PATH to FILE= /boot/grub
FILE= menu.lst
