[expert] Keyboard layouts

Hi,
can anyone tell me how to change keyboard layout to croatian.
I run Mandrake 7.1, XFree 4.01 and KDE 2.1 beta1.
KeyboardDrake doesn't work because (I think so) KDE overrides
DrakConf's setting. I have installed ISO-8859-2 fonts (eastern european
fonts.
