RP8 works in Mozilla. You just need to have the file "realplay" where
Mozilla can find it. And since Mozilla seems to ONLY look in the directory
where Mozilla is launched from, a symbolic link there called "realplay" that
points to /usr/bin/RealPlay8/realplay" should work.

After you add the file associations in the Helper Applications, of course.
Even thos you tell it to lauch the application "/usr/bin/ ...", it only
seems to look in the directory Mozilla is launched from.
