For those of you interested in running qmail under Linux-Mandrake,
I've setup a page at http://www.freezer-burn.org/qmail.php that
discusses the subject. It uses only rpms that I've made. Most of
them are available in contribs except for qmail itself and a few
others. The reason for this is the really lame distribution license
for qmail. So, in light of that, the rpms are available from my site.
I've been working on the qmail rpms for a number of months now and
have been using them on six different Mandrake machines here (once a
laptop) with no problems whatsoever, so I'm confident that they will
work fine for just about everybody.
I have not built these under cooker yet... these rpms are for 7.2. I
will build cooker packages one of these days and make them available
on the site as well.
