I have a bug report oppened with the QT folks. I suspect it will be fixed in
the next qt release. You don't know how much this annoys me - Anyone feel
like providing a patch for kdelibs/kprint/* so we don't have to wait for the
next qt? If you provide a patch, I will try to get it in? (Maybe a read from
a config file to select paper size?).
