Hmm. I don't think mine does - its an old xircom dual (ethernet/modem).
Here's the output of lsmod | grep xirc
ds 6412 2 [serial_cs xirc2ps_cs]
pcmcia_core 45408 0 [serial_cs xirc2ps_cs ds i82365]
and I don't see tulip in my lsmod anywhere...
(for that matter, I don't see tulip anywhere in any /proc/* 'file'
(including files in subdirs)).
Bought mine for $150 US about 2-4 years ago...
