You do not need to overwrite an existing PPD, to make a newly added PPD
visible for printerdrake, simply restart the CUPS daemon:
service cups restart
because printerdrake looks up the driver list in the summary file
/etc/cups/ppds.dat which is generated on every start of the CUPS daemon.
