It's a totally different processor (PA-Risc) so you would have to find an
emulator for not only the OS but for the CPU as well. (Which, AFAIK doesn't
exist.) You'd have better luck getting VMWare or something similar and
running IE in a virtual Windows environment. You'd at least have the same
processor then.
