You need to change /etc/rc.d/init.d/dhcpd
daemon /usr/sbin/dhcpd
-to-
daemon /usr/sbin/dhcpd eth1
Have a look at
http://www.coastnet.com/~pramsey/linux/homenet.html because there is a nice
bit there on setting up dhcp - and it works ;-)
