[expert] konqueror in KDE 2.1 final misrendering

Using konqueror from kde 2.1 final, I find that it doesn't render this page 
properly:

The text is overlaid into the link frame on the left of the page.  Trying to 
reload doesn't help, nor does restarting konqueror and trying again.
