If you do not mind about 3D acceleration, then get a TNT2. Its fine on 2D.
But can not compare in 3D to newer cards.
If you need 3D, my best relatively cheap choice will be a GeForce2MX, but
drivers are only binary and giving more than troubles. Even if GeForce is
better, now I will buy an ATI Radeon. If nVidia opensources its drivers,
I surely would change my TNT2 for a GeForce.
So, for a combined product that has fined 3D and good opensource drivers,
get a Radeon.
