This is what I have as my path to the java executable (it works!):
/usr/jdk-sun1.2.2/bin/java 

By analogy, yours should be:
/usr/java/jre1.3.0_02/bin/java

It is however entirely possible that konqueror only works with jdk-sun1.2.2 - 
which means you would have to download and install the relevant rpm. Java in 
Star Office, for example, only works with jdk118_v3. Don't ask me why!
