hmm... Haven't really been following this thread, so I don't know it
someone answered this one yet...

ASP stands for Advanced Server Pages, and is a scripting language similar
to PHP. It's the format Microsoft uses on their servers; it uses basic-like
syntax for the programming part of the page.

It doesn't matter if a file is an asp file, php file or html file; they all
output the same text to the browser. For the browser there's no difference
between plain HTML, asp or php. It's just the server that needs to be able
to execute the scripts.
