hi all, I ran across something interesting. I was backing-up some crucial data using mkisofs then burn it to cd. The raw filesystem data came up to 675MB. I used cdrecord to dump it to cdr and then it crashed with this error(see below). Windows seemed to see all the files ok, all the files on the cdr were valid. Please share your comments with me. thanks, Moe Track 01: 654 of 675 MB written (fifo 100%).cdrecord: Input/output error. write_g1: scsi sendcmd: retryable error CDB: 2A 00 00 05 1C E7 00 00 1F 00 status: 0x2 (CHECK CONDITION) Sense Bytes: 70 00 05 00 00 00 00 0A 00 00 00 00 63 00 00 00 Sense Key: 0x5 Illegal Request, Segment 0 Sense Code: 0x63 Qual 0x00 (end of user area encountered on this track) Fru 0x0 Sense flags: Blk 0 (not valid) write track data: error after 686241792 bytes Sense Bytes: 70 00 00 00 00 00 00 0A 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 Writing time: 563.804s Fixating...
