Hello,
I recently started taking a C++ class and of course, the class uses Microsoft
Visual C++ IDE. Although I can reboot into Windoze and use VC++, I would love
to be able to use KDevelop. But I am having some problems.
All the options under the 'Build' menu are ghosted. The install seemed to go
perfectly. The only problem I have had is that the C/C++ Reference
(c_cpp_reference_1.0.tar.gz) is not installed. Attempts to install it give
the following error message(s):

Check, if you installed the KDE header files correctly.
I have done a complete install of KDE2.1, and have removed all the older 2.0
and 1.2 RPMS.
So, I guess my plea for help is two-fold. 1) is the lack of the reference
preventing the compiling of my C++ programs, and 2) what is needed to get the
references package compiled and installed?
