[expert] PHP Memory Error

Hey all, I have been getting this error on my new 7.2 web server when accessing some pages:
 

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 52740 bytes) in /usr/home/www/phpnuke/header.php on line 231
 

Any ideas? I don't see how this script could be 8MB's in size!
