Hi,
In trying to do an unsupported update on lpr, I ended up
with the rpm database reporting two lpr entries. Attempting
to delete them has not been successful. Here is what I tried:
[root@darkside cups]# rpm -e lpr
error: "lpr" specifies multiple packages
[root@darkside cups]# rpm -q lpr
lpr-0.50-8mdk
lpr-0.50-9mdk
[root@darkside cups]# rpm -e lpr-0.50-8mdk
var/tmp/rpm-tmp.2096: fg: no job control
execution of lpr-0.50-8mdk script failed, exit status 1
[root@darkside cups]# rpm -e lpr-0.50-9mdk
var/tmp/rpm-tmp.91657: fg: no job control
execution of lpr-0.50-9mdk script failed, exit status 1
Anyone have any ideas of how to correct this?
