Hi All ======================== AZZA PT-5i Main board (intel TX) Gen Intel P233 Realteck 8139 Lan S3 Virge Video. ======================== This system ran 7.1 & 7.2 with no problems at all, however 8.0 will not configure the X server, to be more specific XFdrake locks the system up. during the main graphical installer it just hangs after installing the bootloader. on rebooting it comes up to the text login. running XFdrake in terminal mode locks up when it says please wait while starting the x configuration ..... I can't switch to another terminal so assume that the system has crashed. I have tried the card in a different slot with no difference. The only way to get it to work was with an ancient Trident TVGA8900D. Anyone got any clue? Rob
