Dear Folks,
I am trying to configure samba in a computer with MDK 8.0 and I have a
problem ( I suppose I'll will have more, now I just starting).
Under kernel 2.2.x to acced at SWAT we had to add some lines in the file
/etc/inet.conf like this:
swat stream tcp
nowati.400 root
/usr/local/samba/bin/swat swat
The problems is that now I can't find the file inet.conf; in fact, using
locate...... the file doesn't appear in any partition :-(
If the file doesn't exist, What must I do to run SWAT?
Are there others changes from 2.2.x kernel to activate samba under kernel
2.4.x?
