Hi ,
one more interesting thing I observed:
I bought Matrox G450 I informed in earlier mail:
In LM8.0 through harddrake,
its showing g400 and 16MB , but interestingly, in the XF86Config-4
it identifies the name of the card as g450 automagically....
complicating the situation...
In windows98 Hardware devices:
its showing g450 and 32MB.
There is something going on....and its interesting...
Which one is correct...windows/Linux ... ?
Which is more manipulative ..windows/linux...?
Which is more reliable ...windows/linux... ?
can anybody throw some light on this issue....
It will be very usefull to all the user community...
and it has to be brought to the notice of
Matrox Manufacturing Community also...and also to the harddrake
developers...
suggestions or help please...
sincerely,
prasad.
