As far as I know, the only maker of HPNA2 chips is Broadcom. They have 
consistently refused to release enough information to allow Linux 
development of drivers for HPNA2 NICs.

I went through all this a couple of months ago, unfortunately.

And FWIW, in a Windows-only environment, HPNA2 seems to work remarkably 
well. Throughput in my home was between 7 and 10Mbps, before the lack 
of Linux support caused me spend a weekend stringing CAT-5 all over the 
place so that I could convert all my networking to Ether.
