It just tells that the source code of the driver was changed after
official certification by the german authorities. It doesn't interfere
with the functioning of the code.

That is the point: Your card does not work with IRQ 5. Try to set another
IRQ and have a look at the I4L-FAQ on http://www.isdn4linux.de/faq in
English or on my hp in German (see signature). Search for the chapter:
"Why should I not use IRQ 5 ...."
