:)resolv.conf can be found in /etc/ppp/resolv.conf on LM-8.0. If you want it in /etc
:just copy it there and disable 'usepeerdns' in /etc/ppp/options.

I believe that my /etc/resolv.conf and /etc/ppp/resolv.conf are the same.
I'll have to check the "options" file. I don't believe that there is a
firewall problem, because I have no problems when I connect to 'net using
"kppp".
