Hi, all.

I just pulled all 14 postgresql* 7.1.2-3mdk RPMs and the 3
perl* 5.601-4mdk RPMs from Cooker, and am having a typical
problem, but don't know how to solve it.

# rpm -ihv postgres*
error: failed dependencies:
        perl >= 5.601 is needed by postgresql-perl-7.1.2-3mdk

# rpm -Uhv perl-*5.601*
error: failed dependencies:
        perl-base = 5.600 is needed by eperl-2.2.14-8mdk
        perl = 5.600 is needed by mod_perl-common-1.3.19_1.25-3mdk
        perl = 5.600 is needed by apache-mod_perl-1.3.19_1.25-3mdk

What can I do besides "rpm --nodeps", which I really don't want
to do? Where are the Cooker src.rpm's?

Sincerely,
Ron

YODA: Code! Yes. A programmer's strength flows from code
      maintainability. But beware of Perl. Terse syntax...

      they flow, quick to join you when code you write. If
