hello
i want to make an mp3 player
i have some 486 66 mhz with 16 mb ram with 2.1 gb scsi hdd, network card
and soundblaster sound card lying around will this be enough for what i
want to do ?, i want to put them on my car stripped down to serve as an
mp3 player, i will have to program the serial port for some simple
"play", "fastforward", "rewind", "pause", "mute" switches using some
hardware that i gotta design any links directions?? will be running
mpg123 or any other proggys ? and my serial proggy/script for inputs,
any help on what to do ? source, webpages, programming links, hardware
cheapo stuff, pls help, i want to build it myself so i can learn some
stuff on programming and hardware.
