[expert] Where is "xv" ?

I bought Linux-Mandrake 8.0 Power Pack.  Does anyone
know where "xv" program/package is?  I can't find it
on any of the 7 CD's.  "xv" has been included in every
flavor of Linux that I have tried.  I can't believe that
Mandrake does not include it.
