[expert] AMD and SMP

I looking to purchase a new dual processor system so I
am looking into my options. 

Is anyone successfully using an AMD SPM system with
Mandrake?

Also is anyone having problems with Intel dual
processor motherboards like the Tyan�s or Asus�s with
the VIA chipsets?
