[expert] Id "x" respawning too fast, throttled for 5 minutes

After upgrading a machine to 8.0 (I chose the upgrade button during
install), I'm getting this message, "Id "x" respawning too fast"
the interesting thing is, it's really an "x", not an ID number or
anything!

So, how can I tell which process is respawning too fast?
