well, SNF is based more on mdk7.2 then anything else, and it doesn't run X,,
so yeah, it should work just fine with a 133 and  40 mb ram...

I don't know how they have implimented Snort on SNF, if its using mysql, and
you have a busy network, you could find that Snort is what slows the system
down...


I have 7.2 with X running on a P166 with 32 mb of ram, and its not the
fastest thing around, but it works ok..

ITs just an internet gateway for a company and it performs its task well.
