ehh...sure looks like a password problem to me... have you tried any other dialer? have you tried to see if you are transmitting an encrypted password (not all that familiar with wvdial, but maybe you are not using exactally the same username either. My ISP (earthlink) requires a ELN/ before the username, and while it was there in win ME without my thinking about it, when I was in linux, it took me a week to relize that was why I could not connect.
