Download them to your hdd and install manually
rpm  -Uvh --nodeps --force file_name.i586.rpm   BUT!!!  if you have any 
dependency problems you might get into big troubles...     you're warned!  
specially when upgrading glibc files.  (Or kernel) ;-)
