Hi, when you cd to a directory that has spaces in its name, you have to escape the spaces with a back slash, e.g.: [/]$ cd dir\ name\ with\ spaces\ in\ name [/dir name with spaces in name]$ as for scrolling up, try SHIFT+PGUP.
