No wonder WHY I was having some problems, 
depending on the site you download your iso files.
There are two sets of md5sums...

I downloaded CD1 from one site, and noticed the sums didn't match.. so, went 
to a diffrent site and downloaded CD2 and at installation time there were 
lots of errors, packages NOT FOUND on CD2.  (now I know WHY! )  
It makes sense now!    (I think I'll install from cooker)  ;o)
