Hi folks,
I was trying to compile the JOVE text editor in LM81, but it had
problems with finding the termcap library.

[jctwu@web ~/jove]$ ls /lib/libterm*
/lib/libtermcap.so.2 /lib/libtermcap.so.2.0.8
[jctwu@web ~/jove]$
I ran ldconfig to rebuild the /etc/ld.so.cache but that didn't
help. Anyone have any experience with this? Thanks,

P.S. I could compile by linking the library explicitly
(/lib/libtermcap.so.2), but I shouldn't have to do this. ld -ltermcap
should be able to find the termcap library.
