PII 350's need a 100MHz FSB and is multiplier locked. If it weren't multiplier locked, you could "underclock" it to 333/66.

Subject: [expert] Not mandrake question, but...
Hi,
I know, it is not a MandrakeLinux question, but if somebody knows the answer,
can please answer to me? Thanks.
The question:
I have a AL440LX motherboard. The bios supports up to PII 333. Now I have a
PII 233. If I put a PII 350 processor in the motherboard, is dangerous? will
it work (at least at 333 Mhz)?
Thanks.
Salu2
scar.
