Dear All,
I have the following problem. I would like to use on Mandrake 8.1
an executable that has been compiled for RH6.2 (of course, I don't have
the source code). I know this is possible under RH 7.2, thanks to the
packages
compat-libstdc++-6.2-2.9.0.14
compat-glibc-6.2-2.1.3.2
and may be
compat-libs-6.2-3
I've tried to look for similar packages in the three cd's of the
distribution, but I did not find anything. Does anybody know whether those
packages exist at all for Mandrake or have a different solution to my
problem?
