Eh, I already responded to this. The problem is that the PS2 port is not being recognized.
Since you have it working under Windows and earlier versions of LM, it could be that the initial installation failed to create the needed device files and/or you have bad kernel modules... Type "ls -l /dev/misc" There should be a psaux device there.
