I would like to use my Linux box in "server" mode - that is, never log into it from the console. In particular, I'd like to log in using my Exceed xserver starting an xterm after login via an REXEC call. This is the way we log into my machine at work.
It does not work at home. I get an error to the effect that the program was unable to use this starting method. Is there anything special I need to configure on the Linux (Mandrake 8.0) side in order to allow me to do this? -- Matthew O. Persico New York City - United We Stand
