I've also had the same problem, and I'm still waiting for it to be resolved. I ordered the download disks and pre-ordered the Powerpack on October 4. I know that the Powerpack isn't ready, but I expected the download disks to arrive weeks ago - so far, nothing has been delivered and my first two Emails to [EMAIL PROTECTED] were ignored. A third (rather nasty) Email sent to [EMAIL PROTECTED] got this response: Dear Sir, Thanks for your e-mail and I apologize for the delay. There has been a data processing error. The Chronopost Software did not print the good labels. Thus, the ware (the powerpack first) will be ready to leave on that week and I will send you the tracking number as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience it caused you. Thank you for your comprehension and support. Best regards, -- The above message is a little unclear. It sounds as if they are going to send me the Powerpack before the download disks. Anyway, I have not received the tracking number, nor the disks, yet. I'm sure that there is nothing malicious intended here - I don't think that MandrakeStore is trying to cheat me. But they seem to be really badly organized. Like other people on this list, I ordered directly from Mandrakestore rather than Cheapbytes because I wanted to give more financial support to Mandrake.
