I have noticed a significant decrease in the performance of my cable modem lately.
The modem is plugged into a linksys 4 port router that then has 4 PC's for a home network. What tools can I use to analyze the bandwidth I have available and how many people I might sharing with? If this is even the right approach. Looking at packets and determining what the results will mean is new territory for me, so if someone knows of a good write up for the novice I would appreciate it if they could point me to it.
