Usually, you will have to resort to trying the card in different PCI slots, until it uses the interrupt you want it to. Does your motherboard manual tell you which PCI slot uses which interrupt? I think IRQ10 on mine (P5A) is one of the two slots next to the AGP slot (IRQ11). YMMV.
