You can go to www.kernel.org and get 2.4.14(the latest stable) and build
it yourself or go to the mandrake website and find a cooker mirror and get
the latest cooker kernel as an rpm and install it.(I never recommend this
method I always like to build my own so I can add in only what I need and
not have useless garbage compiled in that I don't need.)
