Subject: [expert] OT: Which distro for gateway/webserver

First of all, I know that running a webserver on the same machine as the gateway/firewall is not the ideal situation, but it's my only option currently.

I attempted using Mandrake 8.1 and 8.0, and neither run quite as stable as I would like (mainly because it's a little bulky for what I'd like)

I'm running a P100 with 32MB of RAM and a 2.1 GB hard drive.  I'd ideally like just a small distro for this machine ( as I am running Mandrake on the client).  I've tried the small single floppy distro's which work great, but I have unsuccessfully got them to access the HD as well (which I need so that I can run Apache)

Any and all idea's welcome.  I've been researching, but can't really find anything that I've liked so far.

BTW:  I'd also like to run 2.2.20 kernel.
