I followed the disscussion in the forum and thought the problem had been resolved. I only ordered from MandrakeStore because I wanted to support Mandrake. I could have gone down to the local Staples and bought the software and saved myself $20 shipping. I won't drop Mandrake as my OS of preference, but won't order from Mandrake Store again. For my money Mandrake needs to remove the advertisement for the store off the bottom of all our list emails, till they fix the problem. It's now been 28 days since I ordered and the only thing I got for it is a notification where they charged my credit card the same day I ordered. I've now sent three emails to service with no response from any of them.
