I can't answer that. It depends on what *you* need. Ask yourself a
few simple questions:

- do I need a proxy server? If so, install squid
- do I need a web server? If so, install apache
- do I need a FTP server? If so, install proftpd
- do I need remote shell access? If so, install openssh-server
- do I need a mail server? If so, install postfix/qmail/exim

The question was what do you want to install on SNF. Since SNF is
meant to be router/proxy server, it should really only have httpd-naat
for the web interface (don't need a full-blown apache), squid for
proxy services, and openssh-server for maintenance. You don't need
(nor should you install) a web server, FTP server, mail server,
etc. on SNF. That compromises the integrity of the system and,
really, negates the usefulness of SNF as a firewall/router.

If you want a web server, install one on a different machine and have
the SNF box forward port connections to it; don't run apache on the
SNF box itself. Likewise for FTP, SMTP, POP3/IMAP, etc.
