This is fine.  You probably have samba starting somewhere?  The
initscript for samba, if I recall correctly, has a 60 second wait in
it which causes the status (represented as [ OK ]) to be delayed,
which is why it shows up at the login prompt.  Ah yes, here is the culprit:

start() {
       # If CUPS is used as printing system, reload smb after a 1 minute delay
       # to allow the printers to appear properly as samba shares.
        if killall -0 cupsd 2>/dev/null; then
         ( sleep 60 && killproc smbd -HUP ) &
       fi

So, in other words, just ignore it.  =)
