What do you mean "recently"? openssh 3.0.2p1 came out today. How recent would you like things to be? 2.9.9p2 is fairly recent; openssh was updated after the 8.1 release. That being said, 3.0.2p1 will be available in updates soon. But I think part of your problem is you're mixing redhat packages with mandrake packages... there are some subtle differences that may be causing your problems. Can't you find "Mandrakeized" versions of what you want? Or at least wait for more than a few hours before deciding to grab a redhat package (ala the openssh release that was done today and available on mirrors since, I think, Saturday (I only received notice that it was up today, BTW)). -- vdanen (at) mandrakesoft.com, OpenPGP key available on www.keyserver.net 1024D/FE6F2AFD 88D8 0D23 8D4B 3407 5BD7 66F9 2043 D0E5 FE6F 2AFD Current Linux kernel 2.4.8-34.1mdk uptime: 14 days 8 hours 20 minutes.
