Can't speak for MandrakeSoft, but it's generally their policy to *not* release new packages just because a software has had a version update. If there's a security issue with a package, Vincent will surely release an update. But other than that: Nope, you're on your own. However, using a Cooker RPM on 8.1 will most likely *not* work, I suppose. If you want RPMs, you can either recompile yourself, or try to use the official Mozilla.org RPMs for RedHat.
