GTKam is what you're after.  When you "select the camera", you'll need to 
click on the enhanced button & set the baud rate to 9600.  Don't forget to 
set the camera to "PC Connect" as well.  It's not the fastest transfer rate 
on earth, but the photos will eventually make their way on the computer.
