If I am wrong I am sure someone will correct me, but I believe that feature was left out of the KDE version that shipped with 81.
A sneaky way to get it working though, is to install KDevelop, its in there someone. Akar on the kde-linux mailing list wrote a small set of instructions on what to do to get this working.
